1. THE PROMOTION
1.1 The promoter of "Guaranteed Tournaments" ("the Promotion") is Replay Gaming Ltd.
1.2 The Promotion is only available to players with a Replay Poker account.
1.3 Taking part in the Promotion represents acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as the Replay Poker Site Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are located on www.replaypoker.com ("the Site").
1.4 In order to participate in this Promotion, players must take part in at least one Guaranteed Tournament.
2. THE TOURNAMENTS
2.1 Guaranteed tournaments are scheduled each day of the week, at different time.
2.2 Guaranteed tournaments feature a guaranteed prizepool which means that the prizepool will never be lower than the given guarantee.
2.3 Each tournament requires a minimum of 2 players in order to start.
2.4 A tournament, its format or guaranteed prizepool can be changed at any time prior its start time and at the sole discretion of Replay Poker.
3. OTHERS TERMS
3.1 Players not entitled to play due to local legislation are excluded from this Promotion.
3.2 The winner(s) agree to allow Replay Poker to use their username, player profile, image and location on the Site and/ or on any associated websites managed and/or operated by Replay Gaming Ltd without remuneration being due to any player. This includes any marketing materials connected with Replay Poker to publicize this and future promotions and other Replay Poker activities.
3.3 In the event of a service crash or a disruption, games for the affected day will be re-run at the discretion of Replay Poker. Replay Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a game will be re-run. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues, Replay Poker reserves the right to resolve the issues as it sees fit. In cases of prolonged downtime, Replay Poker reserves the right to change the dates or extend the period of the Promotion.
3.4 Replay Poker cannot be held responsible for any network disconnections (such as a fold/timeout) suffered during the Promotion.
3.5 Replay Poker reserves the right to refuse entry to this Promotion to any player or to change or withdraw this / or part of this Promotion or to change or withdraw the prizes at any time.
3.6 Replay Poker reserves the right to amend the rules of any tournament within the Promotion and/or to amend the rules of the Promotion at any time.
3.7 Replay Poker reserves the right to amend the Replay Poker Site Rules at any time.
3.8 Replay Poker shall not be liable for failure of performance due to causes beyond its control, including any circumstances generally falling within the definition of 'force majeure.'
3.9 In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
3.10 Replay Poker’s decision is final in all matters of dispute.
