Jackpot City is a name that players all over the world will associate with gambling in the US. It’s already up and running in at least ten states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, and likely to expand further in the future. Playing online at Jackpot City comes with a lot of positives. There’s a great variety of games and valuable bonus offers, including a VIP program with resort benefits such as hotel stays.
When I first visited Jackpot City online casino, I had high expectations. The site overwhelmingly delivers but with a couple of areas of improvement I’d like to see still included. I’m covering all that in detail, plus bonus offers, banking, mobile play and more, in this review.
Security and trust
Jackpot City has been a gambling giant in the US for decades. It’s an established and regulated brand that prioritises player safety and fairness. This is reflected on the site with several security checks. Each of the 10+ states Jackpot City exists in has granted the casino a separate gambling license and regulates all activities within the state. In New Jersey for example, that board is the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Jackpot City also uses secure encryption to protect all its users' transactions and data. In other words, Jackpot City is a legitimate and safe online casino and it ticks all boxes in the 25-step review process which is why I’ve rated it 5/5.
Games and software
Jackpot City has everything you’d want from an online casino. The games are excellent and come from top-class software providers, including IGT. The depth of the gaming menu is good too, with the vast majority of the bases covered - slots, table games, progressive jackpots, live games and more. There’s even a special section for super high limit tables, which will appeal to all the high rollers out there (myself included).
In terms of improvements, I’d love to see the desktop software be given a bit of a redesign as it’s a bit outdated. For this reason, I’ve rated this section 4.3/5.

Slots
Jackpot City has a whole lot of slots on the books. There are more than 1,000 games on the site in total and slots make up the majority. I was glad to see that they offer a great variety of slots games: there's everything from classic three-reel slots, to modern multi-reel 3D slots, with expandable reels and bonus games. Thematically, there’s a huge variety too. Whether it’s history, geography, TV, or the natural world, you name it, you’re going to find a slot for it. One minor criticism here is that, with such a big menu, it would be nice to have the games subdivided by category or theme a little more.
Table Games
Go into any Jackpot City resort in the US and you’ll find tons of table games, so it’s no surprise that the online version follows suit. Most of the classic casino games are accounted for, including tons of blackjack tables, roulette, video poker, baccarat, and keno.
There’s also a section for ‘Other Games’ that includes non-casino classics, like scratch card games, bingo and some virtual sports games. The table games are better organized than the long list of slots. Overall, I’m very happy with the depth of this part of the casino.
Live Casino
Jackpot City has good live dealer options. There are 12 different tables in total, although most of them are blackjack tables. There is also live roulette, live baccarat, live video poker and live unlimited blackjack.
The live software at Jackpot City is powered by Ezugi, and it works perfectly. The camera is clear, the software for placing bets is intuitive and the dealers are very professional.
Bonuses and promotions
Jackpot City offers a number of generous bonuses and promotions that are suitable for players at any level. There is a great welcome offer for new players, an exclusive VIP program and several weekly bonuses. I also like the fact that you can connect your Jackpot City Rewards Card to you Jackpot City Casino account. Running a successful casino is all about knowing how to attract players with interesting offers, and Jackpot City has made sure it is well stocked. The only reason I’m not giving this section 5 stars is because of the wagering requirements.

Deposits and withdrawals
I always like to see plenty of different payment methods accepted, and that’s the case here. You can deposit via bank card, ACH Transfer, PayPal, Play+ Card, online banking, PayNearMe and in cash at the casino cage. Jackpot City don’t charge for any of the methods, although some of the banks (like PayNearMe) do.
Withdrawals are processed via ACH, Play+, PayPal, or in cash at the casino. It took 3-5 business days for the money to reach my account which is a bit slower than what I’d have liked, and the reason I’m only scoring this section 4.5/5. Besides that, making deposits and withdrawals at Jackpot City was a very smooth experience.
